Happy 6th Birthday WoW!

World of Warcraft

Today is WoW’s Sixth birthday, and damn has this game changed in Six years. Which is one of the cool things about WoW. This is a game that can adapt and change as time goes on. It’s also a game where advances in technology actually make it better, instead of unplayable. However, don’t be expecting a pet this year. Apparently Blizzard is offering something else, I wouldn’t know because as I’m writing this they are doing the weekly maintenance and I can’t log into the game.

World of Warcraft turns six on November 23rd, 2010! It’s been a truly incredible six years, and we’d like to thank you all for joining us on this momentous occasion. To celebrate, players that log into the game between the dates of November 30th and December 14th will receive a feat of strength added to their Achievements. We look forward to another great year ahead and many more to come!

I’ve had a lot of fun playing WoW and I’ve made some good friends while playing it. I hope the game makes it past several more anniversaries. Happy B-day WoW!

  1. But, whiskey and cigars, dude!

    WHISKEY AND CIGARS!!!!

  2. Yeah, that’s why I had to give it up. I found I couldn’t do both at the same time. Sean (a.k.a. Trog, a.k.a. Xavier Conan, a.k.a. The Evil Doctor Fung) is still an avid player though.
