Katee Sackoff Talks About Being in the Viper

Image of Quantum Mechanix replica Viper from Battlestar Galactica mini-series

I’m a total nerd for behind the scenes interviews like this one. I found it over at toplessrobot.com, and in it, BSG’s Katee Sackoff, discusses what it was like to act inside the “cockpit” of a viper. What’s even better about this interview is that she uses an amazingly detailed replica of her characters Viper, by QMX, to describe what she’s went through. The replica, which sales for about $1499.00, is actually pretty cool (I don’t know if it’s 1500 bucks cool, but still…) and has the craft recreated down to even the smallest details. Check out the video and watch all the way to the end to see who the interviews special director was.

Enjoy.

“If we turn it on… *glee*”

I think I might have fallen in love a little bit, there. Right after she turns the ship on. I felt, for a moment, like I’d given someone the best Christmas present ever.

    Then, it was gone.

    Oh, well.
