Atomic Moocast #18: Christmas Moo

Alright… I’m not completely sure what I’m doing here; Trog usually uploads the Moocasts, but it’s late and he’s crashed on the couch… snoring… Anyhow, I thought I would give this a shot. We actually had to skip a Moocast. There was another one we recorded the week previous to this. It wasn’t good. And sorry this one is coming out a few days after Christmas. Hey, we’re trying. We just recorded our New Year’s/ End of 2011 Moocast tonight, so hopefully Trog will have that put together before New Year’s. We’ll see. Also he’ll have to edit the show notes into this one. Honestly, I can’t even remember what we talked about… I’ll have to listen to it again. Anyhow, give it a listen and let us know what you think. We’re always happy to receive feed back. Enjoy!

  1. Excellent show, gentlemen!

So I traveled back in time on my Nimitz-class carrier (Philadelphia Experiment-style), and it turns out that it was me who gave Archimedes the idea to burn the Roman ships besieging Syracuse with a giant parabolic mirror. He didn’t see me coming because I was wearing an Elvish cloak, and after we talked he asked about my “I am a Christian” tee shirt. I told him in about six hundred years the followers of a pacifist ascetic would roll over the Greek-speaking world like a Persian horde.

I was about to open the GUT box, but my future self warned against it. Then he told me not to listen to any more two-hour podcasts, the bastard.

  2. Oh, and never mind about the raise. With time travel I was able to play the market and then go back in time and give myself the toy I always wanted but never got: Lego Galaxy Explorer.
