Evening Moo: Pac-Man Fan Film, Awesome Pulp Geek Art, and Real Life Princesses

Ghost

Hey El Moochadors. While Trog is busy getting everything set up for tonight’s Atomic Moocast (Yup, we’re still doing’em… or trying to at least…), I thought I’d browse the intertubes for some interesting stuff. I got three things here I thought were pretty nifty. More than likely you’ve probably already seen them (not like it’s breaking stuff here), but why not take another look at them (’cause if you’re here it’s not like you have anything better to do, and if you do… well, you’ll get to it later)?

First thing I came across was this neat looking Pac-Man fan film on Machinima’s Youtube channel. It’s kind of like a Pac-Man/Tron: Legacy mash-up. The ghost looked pretty rad (you know, 80’s… Pac-Man… right?). Check it out below.

More after the jump…

Awesome Pulp-Like Superhero Book Covers

Princess Leia Pulp by Tony Fleecs

Definitely one of my favorite sites to visit is Geek-Art.net. I just spotted these great looking pulp covers by artist Tony Fleecs on there. I’ll post a couple more below, but check out his site and his DeviantArt gallery.

Real Life Disney Princesses

Jasmine by Ryan Astamendi

Probably wondering why a guy in his mid-thirties like myself would be interested in photos of Disney Princesses… well, take a look at Jasmine above there and tell me why I wouldn’t be interested? Jeeeeeeeeeeeeez… Yeah, I’m a pretty lonely guy. Anyhow, I spotted these on Geekologie.com, and the photos are by Ryan Astemendi. I gotta say, he did a hell of a job. I’ll post a couple more below, but check out his site to see the rest.

Pocahontas by Ryan Astamendi

Jessica Rabbit by Ryan Astamendi

That’s all I’ve got for tonight. Looks like the others are starting to pop up on Skype and we’ll be starting the Moocast soon. I better go. Later!

Dear God, a living, breathing Jessica Rabbit.

    I…

    …I…

  2. Pretty sure that’s Photoshop on the bust.

Pocahontas looks Filipino to my eye, and Jasmine Latin. Was she Arab or Persian in the film?

Please stop Neko. Just stop. I spent a good part of my puberty trying to imagine a real life Jessica Rabbit and you’re ruining the moment.

  4. I’m sure the unaltered model does just fine on her own.
