New Campaign to Fund a Paranormal Comic Series

Okay, El Moochadores, recently I got an email from the good folks at Red Stylo Media about their latest Kickstarter for Crossings issues 2 and 3, and it does look pretty cool. Created by Enrica Jang (writer), Alex Cormack (artist>, and Mark Mullaney (logo, color, letters), this paranormal indie comic follows the life of a former train engineer (M.C. Tejada), and the ghost of the girl he ran over (Nina) on his first day on the job. Here’s a proper synopsis:

A rookie train conductor is haunted by the ghost of an annoying goth princess who threw herself in front of his commuter train. She swears her death was a murder made to look like a suicide and she won’t “cross over” and leave him alone until he helps solve her case.

So far the Kickstarter has about a quarter of its funding (as of this post), so now would be the time to jump in and help support a fun independent comic series. I posted sample pages I found on the KS page below from issue #2, and issue #1, to show that both the humor and art in this comic are solid. Click the Kickstarter link above For more information on the comic, its creators, contributor rewards, and stretch goals. Hopefully this book will get funded and be at this years SDCC, I think I’d like to get a copy.

Enjoy!
