Hello, El Moochadores. It’s been awhile since I posted a comic, but last night I finally finished another Atomic Tails. This time featuring Chud and Buttery. I’ve already begun working on the next strip, so hopefully that one won’t take me the better part of 3 months to finish. Anyways, check out the comic below, but also go check out past comics at the Atomic Tails Archive. This is a big learning project, so constructive criticism is welcome. Basically, I have no idea what I’m doing, but I’m not going to stop, so let’s all make this work some how. Also, don’t forget to support Atomic Tails by following me on Instagram and Facebook. Maybe twitter too. We’ll see.
Yesterday I was in the process of setting up a really big Atomic Moo post about all the film, and television, trailers that premiered at the last SDCC 2018. However; as I was gathering links, and embed codes, I came across Red Letter Media’sHalf in the Bagepisode: 150, where they reviewed many of the same trailers, but with just as much (or more!) fake disinterest, and cynicism, that I myself was about to write. So, instead of posting a giant page full of Youtube videos, I’ve decided to post Half in the Bag 150 , which (for the most part) shares my same opinions towards these films, and few trailers they missed.
Well, there are some differences. These fellows seem more or less indifferent to Disney Star Wars, whereas I hate (loathe) every hack film produced by the Disney Wars (Disney ruined Star Wars). Also, I’m all in for a Godzilla v. King Kong film. Yeah, I hate going to theaters these days, and if I end up watching any of this stuff – it’ll be from the comfort of my own home, but a Godzilla/King Kong fight may (MAY) just get me back into a movie theater. Oh, and I am very much rooting for the Shazam film. I know it probably won’t be good, but I want to be just awesome.
Introducing Rio: Evil Goddess of the California Highways!
Hey El Moochadores! As much as I like posting about other creative projects (in the realm of comics and books) I do really kind of dig it when I get to post about my own stuff. My stuff may not be that good, but its a start. Anyways, I finally finished another Atomic Tails web comic. In this comic I’m introducing a character I’ve been thinking about for a long time. Her name is Rio, and she’s the evil goddess of the California Highways. In my real life I work as a driver, and imagining all the poor decisions other drivers make is actually caused by a malevolent goddess and not an extreme lack of focused by a smart phone addicted population, kind makes the job easier.
Anyways, this particular strip was kind of beast to make, but I hope you enjoy it and I’ll have another one done soon. I hope. Also, check out Trog’s Blog where I write a bit about making the comic, and check out the Atomic Tails archive to see past comics.
Okay, I’ve been hit with the queen mother bitch of all head colds, so this’ll be brief. Please check out my latest Atomic Tails web comic strip (on the interwebs…) and I hope you enjoy the continuing adventures of Chud, Trog, and their scruffy friends. Also, check out Trog’s Blog to read my rants about making my first Web comic series, and also (also) check out the Archive for past comics. I think I’m suffocating in my own snot, so I’m gonna end this now.
For all the stuff I post on here, I really do kind of dig it when I get to post something of my own. Not saying its gonna be good, but I just like that I’m (at least) trying to apply some to the stuff I’m learning through Atomic Moo.
Anyways, I just finished Atomic Tails #25. You can read about its making on my official Atomic Tails blog: Trog’s Blog. Also, you can follow Atomic Tails on Twitter, Facebook, and Instagram. Just search “Atomic Tails.” Anyways, enjoy the comic below and remember: its free!
Hello again, El Moochadores! Yesterday I finished another Atomic Tails!, and it only took me two months. Yeah, really really bad. Anyways, check out the new comic strip below, and also go check out past comics at the Atomic Tails Archive page. You can also check out Trog’s Blog where I write (ponder) about making the comic. Also, please follow Atomic Tails on Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram. Just search for Atomic Tails and look for cartoon mice.
Hello El Moochadores! I just finished another edition of the world’s greatest, mouse based, web comic. Well, in my humble opinion… Anyways, check out Atomic Tails #23. In this strip the fellows are on their way to “the Tree of Woe”. You can also see previous strips at Atomic_tails.com and check out Trog’s blog where I ponder a bit about the creation of each strip.
Hello again, El Moochadores! Yeah, I haven’t been posting a lot lately, but mostly because I’ve been focused on getting the new Atomic Tails comic finished. Comic #22 tells a little bit more about Chud’s plan for a comic book (greatest comic book in the history of the world…). I don’t like patting myself on the back, but there’s some stuff in this strip, I’m kind of proud of. Anyways, check out the new comic below, and after that go check out past comics at the Atomic Tails archice. Also, you can read a little bit about what went into the making of the comic (this is a learning experience too) at Trog’s Blog. ***Explicit Language*** for all you sensitive folks.
Also don’t forget to like/follow Atomic Tails on Facebook,Twitter, and Instagram. Just look up Atomic Tails on which ever one. You’ll know it when you see it.
If you are currently working on (or have produced) an independent comic, film, game, or music that has a strong nerd/geek vibe: Let us know! I’m always looking for cool “geek-creative stuff to post about” here on the Moo, and learning about your project would really help me out – and save me a lot of time searching the internet!
Okay, El Moochadores! Here’s why I haven’t been posting on here the last week. I was working really hard (in my spare time) to finish the latest Atomic Tails! Check out as one of the main plot points for the entire story arch for Chud and Trog is introduced! I had a lot of fun working on this strip, and thought this may not be the best super-cow illustration, I really like how it turned out.
Anyways, Check out past comic strips at the link above, and I hope you enjoy the hell out of the comic below. Also, go check out Trog’s Blog where I write a little bit about the making of the comic!
Well, for all the stories and videos I’ve been posting on here about sketching and cartooning, here’s yet another attempt at expanding my own illustrative skills. Check out Atomic Tails #20 and enjoy the mouse goodness of it all. Chud and Trog are still trying to hash out Chud’s sharing Trog’s apartment, while something bigger and better begins to take form in the Mouse twin’s little home. I think the extra attention I’m spending on posting about cartooning is starting to pay off a little. Yeah, I’m still a shit cartoonist, but for my part I’m seeing some improvements. Go ahead and check out the strip below or at atomic-tails.com and also check out Trog’s Blog where I write about making the comic strip. Also, don’t forget to go check out Murraybroscreative.com!
